Indie Music Fans was born out of a shared passion for music and a determination to break free from the grip of massive, profit-driven conglomerates that dictate which artists get heard.  

Founded by music enthusiasts Dave and Lisa Furman, we’re more than a radio station—we’re a platform committed to showcasing indie talent, connecting fans with emerging artists, and creating a space where independent music thrives. At the heart of Indie Music Fans are its founders, Dave and Lisa Furman, whose passion for independent music sparked the creation of this platform.  But Indie Music Fans wouldn’t be what it is today without the countless volunteer hours contributed by the very artists and band members we feature.  Together, Dave, Lisa, and the indie music community form a team committed to sharing the joy of discovery and supporting independent artists every step of the way.
